Our Packaging and Development department, led by Emmy Award winning Producer Dave Marken is actively on the hunt for commercially viable projects in all genres. May it be a larger than life TV personality, a family owned business that the world should meet, a great idea in any genre, a completed show, a funny sketch, a treatment for a book – if its entertaining, we’d love to hear more about it.
We can only accept your materials if you read the terms below and agree to the following:
- You created the idea or own the rights to the concept you’re submitting (or you represent the creator or owner)
- Take 3 Talent Agency Inc. did not solicit these materials from you.
- You will receive no compensation for simply submitting your idea to us.
- You will indemnify, defend and hold us harmless from any and all suits, claims, or liability (including reasonable attorneys fees) that result from any breach of this agreement on your part
- Your submission is not confidential. We can discuss your idea with industry professionals before further consideration.
- Take 3 Talent Agency Inc. develops and creates original ideas and concepts internally. Some of the ideas already being developed by us may be similar to the idea or concept you’re submitting. You agree that you have no claim and/or will file no claim against Take 3 Talent Agency Inc for misappropriating any of your ideas of materials.
